General Terms and Conditions of Calabazo 360 S.A DE C.V.

Trade name: Calabazo S.A de C.V. is a company that operates under the commercial name of “HOTEL MARAGREENS” and “XANTICO PALACE” hereinafter referred to as “the company”. Guest: Any person who uses the facilities, our services and our websites will henceforth be referred to as the “guest” or the “client”.

Address: The Maragreens hotel is located at Niño Perdido street number 3, Xochicalco town, Tetela del Volcán municipality, State of Morelos, Mexico. Xántico Palace is located on the Tetela del Volcán – Tlacotepec highway on the corner of the closed calabazo, El Calabazo area, Ocuituco Morelos

Rates: Room rates vary by season. The prices published on our website are the most up-to-date and are subject to change without notice. All rates are subject to taxes and service charges.

Payments: Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. The hotel accepts payments by credit or debit card through our website, deposits, cash payments, by bank transfer.

Ticket and Billing: The company is obliged to provide, at the request of the client, to give clients a ticket or invoice for each service offered. It is important that the customer keeps the ticket or invoice for any possible claim and use of the after-sales service. The client must request the issuance of invoices immediately upon receiving their account, showing proof of tax status and the specification of use of CFDI as well as an email or contact number for sending the invoice.

Reservations: To make a reservation, it is necessary to provide accurate and complete information. Payment will be made at the time of booking. Without payment there is no reservation or guarantee of availability for your stay.

Availability: The use of hotel facilities and services is subject to availability. Cancellation policy: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 5 days before arrival date without penalty. If the cancellation is made up to 24 hours in advance, 50% of the total reservation will be charged. If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice or no-show, you will be charged 100% of the total reservation.

Reservation changes: Any change in reservation must be notified to the hotel at least 5 days in advance. These changes are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge depending on what is involved.

Right of Admission: The Maragreens hotel reserves the right to request the immediate departure of any guest who fails to comply with these rules.

Check-in: Entry to the hotel will take place from 2:00 p.m. A valid ID and credit card are required for guarantee and any additional charges.

Early check in: If you arrive before 2:00 p.m., we will do our best to have your room ready as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee this.

Guest cleaning service: Room cleaning will be done daily, unless the guest does not allow it. The guest must leave the cleaning sign on the door of their room indicating the request for the cleaning service or notify reception of their request.

Valuable Objects: The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of valuable objects.

Check-out: Check-out will be done before 12:00 p.m.

Late check-out: If you need to check out later, please inform reception in advance. This service is subject to availability and may generate an additional charge.

Non-smoking policy: In accordance with the General Law for Tobacco Control as of January 15, 2023, the Maragreens hotel is considered collective attendance and therefore a 100% smoke-free establishment. Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms, common areas or hotel facilities regardless of whether they are outdoors or indoors. Guests who violate this policy must pay a fine of $2500.00 (two thousand five hundred pesos 00/100 m.n.)

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in the company, except for service animals duly authorized.
