(1) Cancellations: If the reservation has the “Non-refundable” policy or enters the penalty period, the cancellation request will be processed applying the 100% penalty.
(2) Early departure or no show: If the guest wishes to check out before the date (Early departure) or does not show up at the hotel on the day of check in (no show). All reservations will be canceled and there will be no refund.
(3) Reservation modification: If the reservation has the “Non-refundable” policy, it cannot apply to changes in dates and/or name. If the guest wishes to extend their reservation with the cancellation policy, the policies and restrictions of the original reservation will also be extended.
(4) Refunds: If the policy is flexible and is before the penalty period, consider that refunds will be made within 15 business days after the request.
In the event that the property is affected by a natural disaster, the following procedures will be followed:
During your stay, we offer a certificate for a return stay to the property for the number of unused nights and will be valid for travel within 1 calendar year of the originally booked dates; It is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash. Space is subject to availability and suspension periods may apply. The policy will come into effect once the relevant authorities issue an alert in the area and this directly impacts the property. Does not include departure day, airfare, transfers, upgrades, and must be redeemed within one year. Other restrictions may apply.
